We’re very excited to have Team Orthodoxy join us as our guests for the next Apostles in New Media Mini Conference where we get to know Catholics using New Media for evangelization and how we can all take part in building the Kingdom of God with these tools.

Team Orthodoxy is a group of young faithful Roman Catholics, committed to the cause of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and adherence to the teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. Their hope is to inspire and ignite a passion for the One True Faith in the hearts and minds of everyone they know and meet.  With a great passion for Our Lord, truly present the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar, they desire to see a renewal of reverence for the Sacred in a world ravaged by indifference.  Team Orthodoxy’s hope is that their website (www.OrthodoxCatholicism.com) will help all to grow closer to Christ and the Church.

These guys have done an awesome job of collaboration to bring us great Catholic New Media materials. They’ve done videos ranging from Bacon Recipes to their thoughts on humanity’s progress in a world losing it’s hold on objective truth. They blog on topics such as Beauty in the thoughts of St. Thomas Aquinas and tough subjects like Euthanasia and Human Dignity. They even have a cartoonist who portrays Catholicism in fun comic strip form like their Spiritual Life 4 N00bs series!

Join us on October 24 at 6:30 pm CST as we get to know the Team and how we Catholics can take hold of new media and use it for the Gospel!
